I have a epson photo stylus 2100, and just upgraded my computer to windows 7, trying to use my print cd but get the annoying message that printer driver is not installed, but it is, have tried to do it manually and still doesn't work.. Printer driver not installed i have a desktop pc with o/s windows 7, a laptop with o/s windows 8.1 and an epson all in one printer (wp-4535). the printer worked well with both computers but following an update many, many months ago, i can no longer print directly from the desktop.the pc.. I have lost the cd-rom which came with the printer and i need to re-install it (and all software for it) because i installed a brand new hd. so, i went to epson.com and downloaded: 1) printer driver v6.5ca, 2) epson print cd v2.0, and 3) epson easyprint v3.1 ..
If you see the message the epson printer driver dealing with cd printing is not installed, click ok. # click tray, select tray 2, then click ok. note: if tray 2 is not selected, the cd design will print in the wrong position..
