The World knew Donald Trump as a real estate tycoon even before he was chosen as Republican Party Candidate in upcoming US Presidential Polls.

Since few years, Donald Trump has created a real estate empire with the name Trump Towers. Not many knew that he even begun the work of two projects in India three years ago. He choose nations financial capital Mumbai and Pune as the best option for investment.

An 108-floor gold-coloured Trump Tower is being constructed on a 17 acres plot at Parkland and It is likely to be ready by 2018.



How Trump Tower is different from most of the gigantic concrete structures in India? It offers a private jet service to its wealthy residents and thats something unheard so far in India. The wealthy residents will also be provide with waterfalls, swimming pools, cricket pitch, athletic tracks, picnic spots, theatre, spas, 7-tier security system (Private Guards, Cameras, Swipe Cards, Car Tags & Etc.,). The Tower will have an Arabian Sea facing.

A 3-BHK in Trump Towers is sold for a price of Rs 9.10 crore. Whereas, 5-BHK costs anywhere around Rs 10.5 crore.
