My Birthday Rye
On 2nd June, I turned 23! I can’t quite believe it myself, (I couldn’t even get served a cocktail in restaurant last week because I didn’t have my ID) and here I am, yet another year older.
I was lucky enough to be whisked away for the weekend to a lovely spa hotel in Hastings which was beautiful and the food was amazing. Whilst we were there, we decided to take a little trip into Rye and have a nose in all the pretty shops there, and of course made time for some cake!
We then came home to a lovely BBQ with all of mine and Rikki’s family and some of our friends. It was just such a happy, sunny day and one i’ll remember for a very long time. All in all it was the perfect birthday weekend, and i’m rather sad it’s over. (Although i’ll happily wait another year to turn 24!
