My name is Timmy I blog on Weekends DIY contains things that I formed during weekends I have perm
This is the first post on this blog. English is the title of my blog, but I decided to use the English Filipino its content. First of all, I am a Filipino. Obvious rockwell is not it? Hehe! Second, many of the blogs use of the English language. But I also guarantee that it will be a pure Filipino I blog because there were many words that I did not translate into my own language. Such as DIY and weekends. This post is about what I read (rug). When looking on Google for ways of making my own rug, it seems the easiest for me. Actually no matter how easy a DIY, I still easy to intimidate. I much reason to postpone the making of a project. But not yesterday. Do I need to rag on foot! I say it's easy to do. Can a rag finish the day. Let me just watch as many movies as mature children. And when they were asleep, I stick continuing sewing.
3. It seems tinitirintas plait the hair of Rapunzel. Hehehe! At each end, I pinagdudugtong rockwell another length of fabric through pagbuhol them. But can also sew the ends. When you nakapagtirintas while maybe five feet, you can sew it around, side to side. Note: Do not sew extra stiffness for lumulobo not among the rag.
About Me
My name is Timmy. I blog on Weekends DIY contains things that I formed during weekends. I have permanent work from Monday to Friday and when I come home every night I would prefer just to watch over my family. So on weekends only having time for my own vices: the DIY. Artist me and whether I would even draw or paint, the more inclined I am now in the artwork that has advantages in our home. :) View my complete profile

N O V E L T Y Mykro Magazine is Back
N O V E L T Y Mykro Magazine is Back
Do you remember Mykromag? Pioneer as the first true androgynous fashion magazine exclusively in black and white (2009). Founded by Sonny Groo who has had an incredible eye for what is now and has always managed to bring the most interesting features; Formicetti, Iris van Herpen, Guillame Henri, JW Anderson to name a few and also projects like a printed a set of books in collaboration with Rad Hourani.(If youve been reading my blog long enough you might remember that I also used to be a regular contributor to the Mykromag blog).
But the Black and white pages of Mykro (minus the mag) are back. With a small team based in Amsterdam theyve made it happen after a two year break. It somewhat reminds me of interview magazine in the way that it shows a very personal and human side of the fashion industry. The 12 interviews in this issue include 91 year old Eileen Ford founder of Ford models, Tumblr s Fashion evangelist (thats right, this is an official title) Valentine Uhovski, Esteban Cortezar and the iconic miss Daphne Guinness.

My blog is back
My blog is back
For those who might be wondering, my blog was taken down for a few days due to Google robots identifying it as "having the characteristics of a spam blog." (I assume based on number of links to other sites) I have apparently succeeded in convincing a human at Google to reconsider, thanks to readers who gave me a heads up that my site had been shut down.

Movie Review Wajah Tum Ho Is Better Than Hate Story Series
Movie Review Wajah Tum Ho Is Better Than Hate Story Series
CRB Tech reviews over here shares about the movie Wajah Tum Ho review
Karan Singh Grovers hate story 3 movie was not loved at all.

Hate, Hate story 3
Director of the same movie, Vishal Pandyas recent take is Wajah Tum Ho and he has certainly learned from his past errors.
Thats good!
Wajah Tum Ho stars Sana Khan, Sharman Joshi, Gurmeet Choudhary, Rajniesh Duggal in lead positions and is a good suspense thriller.
Is the film worth your time? Find out
Know the story!
A covered man kills a cop, and shows the whole show LIVE across all programs of a press group .
The victim is made to drink petrol.
Hitler punishment!
Rahul Oberoi (Rajniesh Duggal) CEO of the press group is taken into the custody by inspector Kabir Deshmukh (Sharman Joshi).
It is proved by Rahuls lawyer/legal group head/object of desire Sia (Sana Khan), live show was done through satellite tv hacking, and Rahul has nothing do with it.
Cops is represented by lawyer Ranveer Bajaj (Gurmeet Choudhary), who happens to be Sias lover as well.
Before they all can pin down the actual real culprit, a second killing is showed live.
The search for the culprit, the back story, reason behind the killings, and the characters connections makes the story interesting.
Whats attractive
The story is exciting and clean and is created even more fascinating with the bgm.
People, actually watch an ice block melting live on Facebook, how would you feel to see a live and a torturous murder.
But the movie should not be watched with logic!
Sharman Joshi has done his role to par excellence.
Fortunately no sexual moments are related to him like Hate Story 3. (But his character senses some very apparent clues, and act like Sherlock.)
There are good twists in the movie and the final fight is also very good!
Movie lacks....
The story about live murder is good, but not researched much.
It has unnecessary dialogues and songs and the story is dragging.
There is no strong basement for any character in the film. Sana Khan has no more exposure for her role in the movie.
Although she had three strong scenes to prove her caliber, still she didnt do justice to her roles .
She cries twice in the film, and that will not make you cry.
Despite being marked as the most brilliant personality in the movie, Sia (Sana) provides the most ridiculous dialogues. Sana could recognized herself as a celebrity, but probably would only be kept in mind by filmmakers when it will come to prime roles.
It is to decide if Gurmeet is an excellent or bad acting professional in Wajah Tum Ho.
What to do
Wajah Tum Ho is far far better than Hate Story 2 and 3.
Though it is most definitely not the side of your chair suspense thriller, it is not insanely bad either. In India where we enjoy good to watch movie atleast once, Wajah Tum Ho can easily be your end of the week pleasure. But if you are a man/woman of logic then this is not your cup of tea.
Thus our CRB Tech reviews over here has been completed.

Monday’s Blog is Flowers and trees Think Ink on Paint!
Hi there.
Thanks for popping in.
Breaks over and back to work!
It was really good to get the stencils, paint and ink out again today;
you really do miss it after a while!
Before I crack on, I just want to tell you about
the new Private Facebook Page I have created for those of you
Before I crack on, I just want to tell you about
the new Private Facebook Page I have created for those of you
who would like to share more than what can be shared
in comments below:
photos,
projects, cards, ideas
and also non-craft related stuff.
If you would like to join that group,
please private message me on Facebook,
and I will be able to join you into the new group.
If you arent on Facebook but want to join the group,
its very easy to sign up!
If you can read a blog, you can definitely manage Facebook!
I dont want to shut down the banter on here - not at all.
I love this little community!
The thing is, the more there are of us,
the more there is to say,
the longer the threads and conversations get
and the more we stray away from crafting!
So Mondays Blog is trees and flowers, right?

Heres one of my favourite stencils,
to get back in the swing.
The Treescape:

Tape it to a piece of our 7" x 7" Stencil Card
with low-tack masking tape.
The card just happens to be the same size as the stencil,
which is very useful!

Chalk Fresco Semi-Opaque Acrylic paint next.
Its an off-white colour. Excellent.
Load a blending sponge with the paint
and pound it through the stencil.
We sell the little applicators and the refill sponges too.

When you remove the stencil, you should see the paint.

Now its time to add colour.
Lets use the lovely Artistry Mini Box - Golden Turmeric.
It has all the colours I fancy today.
Place the artwork on one of our A3 Blending mats and load one sponge with the first colour.
The object of the exercise is to blend the colours into the treescape, into the areas which have no acrylic paint.

When you go to apply the second colour,
the trick is to work the second sponge over the top of the first colour, like so:

Use a fresh blending sponge for each colour,
to keep the artwork fresh.

Just keep adding more colour and more vibrance to the areas.
The thing to remember is that where there is acrylic paint,
the Chalk paint we applied at the beginning,
you can wipe away the ink with a damp tissue.
See how the background goes back to light again?
Not completely back to chalk,
but certainly lighter than the ink-stained Treescape.

I have just the perfect stamp to use with this artwork.
It comes with a brilliant deer too, which would also work beautifully here,
but I shall stick to the words.
| CLICK HERE TO FIND |
Blend a background piece to fit, using the same ink colours.
Run the dark burgundy colour inkpad in the set around the edge of the card directly, then blend inwards.

This little sentiment would actually work all on its own...

But we have bigger fish to fry...

Lets just layer up and mount on our Treescape background.

Thatll do nicely.
A little How-to using acrylic paint and ink together.

I just noticed which Stencil and Stamp of the month are on offer this October on our website.

They would work perfectly with this technique too.
One more thing...
Lynn, you won the funniest limerick Prize :
There was an old girl on a plane
Who thought she was going insane.
The flight was so rotten,
And crafting verboten,
Her knickers wound round, yet again!

My Blog Is Dead But Its Ok
My Blog Is Dead But Its Ok

Content
1.) My Blog Is Dead...But Its Ok
2.) Tracks
3.) Important Wax
4.) Music Video Of The Week
MY BLOG IS DEAD...BUT ITS OK
Nearly seven years ago, I started this small music blog with my best friend Hank. I had thought about starting a music blog for years because I looked up to the likes of My Old Kentucky Blog, You Aint No Picasso, Aquarium Drunkard, I Guess Im Floating, and many more. I couldnt understand how these gatekeepers of music knew so many bands/artists Ive never heard of before. I wanted to be like them and, more importantly, wanted to help discover those unknown bands/artists and help talented people become known.
Over seven years, We Listen For You has had its ups and downs. In 2010 we were named by our peers the #1 music blog in a friendly, blog-only voting poll and were seeing our largest traffic year to date. What I want readers to understand is that all over the world, there are people like us at We Listen For You examining tracks, albums, videos, etc for no money and taking up tons of the little free time we have. Its a weird obsession that slowly becomes part of your identity. Over these seven years, Ive tried to shut down the site here and there (maybe three times a year), but I just cant imagine not having this outlet.
These days, it feels like our music blog and many other music blogs are losing interest in moving forward. Weve seen our audience shrink, mostly due to our own irregular posting (or the lack thereof). My biggest sadness in this comes in the form of musical discovery. It seems every year it gets harder and harder to convince readers to check out bands/artists they arent already familiar with. This is where I make a request to you, the individual reading this right now. Im pleading with you to give us a chance... once a day... and give the same chance to the smaller artists we highlight as you give the ones you already know. You will not like everything we write about. Still, music bloggers all over who are writing about the little guy, the band struggling to get the smallest amount of attention... were all pouring or hearts and time into this and it means nothing if you dont have the thirst to discover whats new. The ultimate joke is that in the music industry today, even the bigger bands need help.
So... where does WLFY go next? You might remember a few years ago we made a promise to cut all the fat... no music gossip, news, or irrelevant lists... just keep our modest music blog focused on the nuts and bolts: music analysis and discovery. As I get older, it becomes harder and harder to post five times a day and turn pieces around before they become irrelevant to the reader.
Knowing this, I introduce you to the new WLFY format:
Every Tuesday, I will create a post like this with chapters. Each one will highlight tracks, vinyl, and most of all, my personal thoughts on any and all topics relating to music. A lot of the time, the title to these posts wont be sexy or have you itching to click... but please, give us your time for just a few minutes each day. Hank and the rest of the staff will each have their own regular posting day. We hope over time you get to know each of us personally through our weekly posts and at the same time, hope to open up a steady conversation with you, the regular reader. Mondays will be open for larger, standalone writing like full album reviews, think pieces, and other features if a writer feels inclined to do so.
Thanks for reading. WLFY might be practically dead, but Ill never be able to let it go.

TRACKS
Roman Ruins - "Loved One"
The music of Graham Hill (Roman Ruins) always focuses on perfect order and layering. Ive mentioned it before, but Hills background as an architect seems to inform his style of music. His tracks build themselves in front of the listener. What starts as a blueprint introduces us to the individual components -- by the the end, were settled on a wide shot of the finished creation. The music of Roman Ruins builds complete structures over the time of the track, while simultaneously stepping back to show what the synchronicity of several concepts can ultimately create.
Bear In Heaven - "Autumn"
I always refer to the music of Bear In Heaven as "danceable reflection in slow motion." The music drives forward in a systematic form that makes one want to dance, but there are also layers of dark emotion that make the listener want to reflect, elevating each track to much more than just a good time. The music beats heavy and cycles upon itself, a gentle tornado of synths and bold vocals that makes the world seem larger and more important, every sound creating a visceral reaction and causing mandatory reflection note after note.
James Bay - "If You Ever Want To Be In Love"
The blending of several genres of music fits this James Bay track very well. It has a bit of twang on the guitars and is complimented by booming vocals that drive the song forward. "If You Ever Want To Be In Love" is all about being smooth, from its great production to its emotive vocals. This is a perfect summer song that pulls all the right strings to put the listener in that special mental space that ballads tend to do. There is a lovely drop out with a gentle piano at the end which clearly marks Bay as a clever musician in full control of his craft.
IMPORTANT WAX

MyLifeMyID org is going to be amazing
MyLifeMyID has just launched. Its going to be a footbullet of immense calibre. A while back leaked documents showed the government plans to "coerce" people into signing up for the database state by various methods. Once method was to go after the young first. Assuming they are the most stupid and gulliable.
As such Home Secretary Jacqui Smith is fronting a down with the Yoof have your say forum on the subject of ID cards. Its going to get messy.
Current topics at the time of writing are:
Shop Assistants using the need to show ID to bully people
How can you stop civil servants peeking?
This websites Modeators are biast (sic)
Why are my new posts "moved" but actually deleted?
Looking forward to a simpler ID system
What age should people have an ID card?

My passion is not dead its just sleeping
My passion is not dead its just sleeping

I think for the first time since I started blogging 16 months ago, I have writers block. This white screen for writing that I normally find so liberating and fun, is currently exhausting and demanding. I absolutely hate feeling this way. Im fine, though. I am not overly happy, but I am not sad. I am thankful I am not feeling with the pain and depression that ensued for a big part of this year, but I do not feel back to myself at 100%.
I have to be honest when I say my motivation is lacking. My weight loss started to really stall in August after months and months of a steady decline. Combine that with work stress and the nagging heartache that would just not go away, and I felt myself losing everything but fat. I still have not gotten back into my "groove" and schedule with clean eating and training. I absolutely love exercise, but I have been "eh" lately. My food has been boring to me and I havent wanted it; therefore I have been "cheating" a lot more. I just changed gyms. I have had a lot going on at work. Since all of that has ensued, I find myself bored, empty, and numb. Like I said, I am not necessarily sad, I just feel myself not caring about anything. That isnt like me at all.
Now that my emotions and heart have healed and I can see a little more clearly, I find myself in a rut. I am bored. "Blah" is probably the word of the month for me. I am craving something to make me feel alive... to give me an adventure...to help bring my passion for life and fitness that I have always had. Who is this girl that is feeling this way? It certainly is not me.

I am in a big growing pain. I believe the term for what I have experienced this year is a "quarter life crisis". After all, I am 25 years old now.
I am not exactly sure what to do to rid this prolonged case of the "Mondays" that feel permanently instilled in my mind right now. Normally at this point, I am making an extensive plan to get over whatever is bringing me down, but not this time. The reason being is because I am not sure what could help this.
I am just going to take it one day at a time. That is all I have to offer right now; and hopefully by putting one foot in front of the other, life will get back to normal.
I do know that I absolutely have to do better with my food choices and training. I feel so damn good when I execute my nutrition and exercise plan; I just have to suck up my "ugh, I dont feel like it" because I know I have to get the rest of this weight off. It will depress the life out of me if I dont. I also know that once I force myself to adhere to my plan for a couple of days, it starts becoming a norm to me. It is hard for the first few days, but then it evens out and I feel great and remember why this is my passion.
I hate writing posts like this and I feel like over the past couple of months I have written at least one or two a month, but I have vowed to be honest on my blog. Sometimes it embarrasses me, but it helps me understand and acknowledge my feelings; which is the first step to change. Simply put, this year has been so, so hard on me, filled with so many struggles from family to love and everything in between.
But I know that I am a strong person. I am humble, I am honest, and I am always willing to grow and learn. Therefore I will pull through this. Right now I taking life one day at a time and doing the best I can. I am doing better... not nearly as good as I want to be, but I am better than I was a few weeks ago. My passion is not dead, its just sleeping. And I for one, am ready for it to wake up.

Nant is definetly not Ant build MSBuild is
Nant is definetly not Ant build MSBuild is
As a newly born .NET/C# developer, I have trouble finding those must-have-tools. At my current job, they are running VS2005 in a huge system with over 70 seperate components/solution files with each having around 2000-10000 LOC. This gives me a huge headache as it takes forever to build, and everything is built with batch files. (so 90-ish)
But as a java developer, I have come to love Ant. There is a .NET version of it called NANT that I downloaded and was going to test and hopefully replace the batch files. 10 mins after downloading I stumble into the first problem. NANT does not support (as of 25 aug 2006) Visual Studio 2005. NANT can not handle the new solution files as they have change completly (not surprisingly). Apparently it is quite a job to add VS2005 support, so it seems that it is not going to happen. So NANT is definetly not ant, as it will probably cease to be used.
The new king of building MS code is MSBuild, which seems to be a total rip-off from Ant.

My one and only item is on sale and what do you think about FONTS
Just in case you were really hoping to win my new unit that goes perfectly with Cinco de Mayo (and I know most teachers like to plan in advance, so you probably wanted to get a hold of it ASAP), I wanted to give you a chance to get it on sale so I followed the rest of my bloggy friends and am having sale on my 1 item! (semi-lame, I know, but hey, why not?!)
Hopefully the next time Ill have a sale there will be more items!
As to the second part of the title, I might be thinking about having a linky party, but Im scared because it would be my first. This is my thought, do you like fonts? I love fonts, and I see so many cool fonts that other teachers are using with this linky maybe you could share your top fonts, and discover new ones from other teachers what do you think? Worth it? Would you join?
Happy Sunday!
Mrs. Castro
