Defenseload

If you havent heard it yet, I urge you to make some time for Timbre Timbres new record Hot Dreams (get it here via Arts & Crafts). The album is almost a series of short films--each song taking after its own genre, sometimes bending it, sometimes feeding it back with campy pleasure, sometimes (as in the case of "Curtains?!") resuscitating a lost art. Here, Taylor Kirk and director Chad VanGaalen construct a contemporary noir replete with wonderful black and white visuals and (spoiler alert!) a shot to the gut. Enjoy it below:
